Carla Gomez

Carla Gomez is a TV & film producer and development executive with two decades of experience in original productions for cable and streaming. Specializing in LATAM and U.S. Hispanic content, she has been at the forefront of developing award-winning stories for this audience.

 

Throughout her career, Carla has produced a wide range of formats and genres, including scripted series, unscripted shows, and films for media brands such as ViX/Univision, HBO, Nickelodeon, MTV, and NBCUniversal.

 

Projects under her supervision have won multiple awards, including the NAMIC Vision Awards, Imagen Foundation Awards, Telly Awards, and the Kids’ Choice Awards.

 

Currently, Carla works independently as a development consultant and executive producer.

 

Born and raised in Colombia, she moved to the U.S. as a college student and holds a Master’s Degree in Entertainment Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Media Production and International Affairs from Florida State University.
